  1. In a large sauce pan combine rice wine vinegar, peanut butter, chicken stock, soy sauce & hoisin sauce
  2. Stir over medium heat until peanut butter dissolves and sauce is simmering
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch & 1 tbsp water until dissolved
  4. Add cornstarch mixture to sauce, stir until it begins to thicken
  5. Heat spaghetti squash in microwave until hot (about 1 1/2 minutes)
  6. Add spaghetti squash to sauce and fold in
  7. Drizzle with sriracha, enjoy!
